At Dr. Althea, we want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare journey; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. If you experience an adverse reaction or received a damaged item, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
